A Quick Reminder

It is interesting that the very environment we evolved from as a species seems to provide the most significant benefits for our health. The great outdoors is teeming with biodiversity, and the fresh air is saturated with oxygen produced by countless plants and animals. The first breath of fresh air, especially after a long day indoors, revitalises the senses and rejuvenates the soul. Fresh air, when compared to stale or polluted air, can significantly improve one's quality of life by completely balancing the serotonin levels that regulate mood, anxiety, and stress handling. Yes, these are all essential to the growth and development of the human body. If you are lacking such marvelous quality of freshness throughout the filtering process then symptoms such as dizziness, shortness of breath, and constant fatigue can happen. To eliminate such symptoms which are often associated with an unhealthy indoor environment, simply step outdoor.
