This can be interpreted in many ways. Some people associate it with nurturing the body with healthy foods to ward off diseases and prolong longevity. Others such as life coaches, health practitioners and myself have a different concept. There are two types of food which can play a critical role in the quality of life. The primary and secondary aspect. For this post, the focus will be on the primary. This is where the "food for the soul" conversation gets exciting. The formation of healthy relationships, spiritual balance and a deeper understanding of what is needed for a fulfilling life starts to take shape. The framing of the right amount of socializing coupled with an enjoyable mixture of spirituality. Spirituality in the sense of meditation entwined with reading, exercising and listening to motivational speakers to get inspired. We are all captivated by living longer so it is important to make sure you are adding the right FOOD FOR THE SOUL.
