Refresh and Reset

Refreshing and resetting is about embracing a positive attitude toward change and finding opportunities for personal growth even in the hardest of times. A refresh or reset allows us the opportunity to make improvements in our daily lives in any shape or form we choose, at any pace we desire.

Here are a few tips to get you going:-

  1. Attend a yoga class or use a comfortable space within your home to YouTube a yoga class.

  2. Do a few stretches on your floor within your home. If you can spare five minutes that is more than enough.

  3. Find a quiet place to sit and engage in mindfulness meditation. This helps immensely with a reset and recharge of the mind.

  4. Go for a walk in the park. Fresh air does the body great and helps to push out impurities.

  5. Practice deep breathing exercises. It helps to ease tensions, stress, and worries.

  6. Take a nice warm bath, maybe with some light music playing in the background.

Challenge yourself to do what is right for you. Pour more into your soul into 2024. Live more fully. Bound all the right things within your heart and promise yourself to know who you want to be.
