Throwing out habits that have been a part of that regular routine is sometimes hard to break but necessary. It is somewhat of a cleansing of the mind and body. A good start is through meditation. Meditation cleanses the mind, body, and soul. Sitting in silence and connecting to your spirit is pure bliss. Any negative thoughts should start disappearing and create a space for you to listen with a relaxed focused mind. Try and keep that sustainability by keeping a journal where you can record all your thoughts and ideas. The shredding of who you once were to who you are learning to be through this process is called conditioning.
