As we approach the first of two major holidays in the last part of the year, I hope we all sit back and reflect on how privileged we all are to be witnessing these special events. Take time to soak up all the goodness that life is offering. Love, laugh, cry, cook, eat, poop and most of all be merry. Merry in the gratefulness of being able to be here with all the people that matter to you the most. Do not get caught up in being bitter about the past and what others could have done better. Things of the past can never be changed, but it teaches how life can be better. My wish for everyone is that we appreciate the smallest of gestures. We all have lives that lead us in different paths and sometimes our sails get caught in the wind. Whenever that happens untangle yourself and set your mind free to be the best version of your past self.
